About Aerial Hoop

Aerial Lyra (Aerial Hoop) is a circus art that has been established as an international aerial sport. Lyra is a wonderful exercise form which along with building muscle and flexibility increases body awareness and muscle tone. Lyra is a unique and graceful art which is both challenging and fun.  Classes range from beginner where basic moves and good technique are taught, through intermediate where more advanced moves and combinations are put together, and advanced where dynamic movement and more challenging moves and combinations are achieved.

What to wear

Generally for aerial lyra it is best to wear a pair of comfortable pair of leggings and a comfortable t-shirt or long sleeve top. Lyra training is done bare foot.

What to bring to class

Please bring a hand towel and drinking water.

We recommend that a yoga mat be brought to class for the warmup.

A 24-hours cancellation policy is applicable
